This 3-day adventure starts with a lovely four-hour journey, which runs from Clarkdale to Perkinsville in Arizona, showcases breathtaking, untouched canyon landscapes: towering red rock formations, the Verde River’s lush greenery, and the diverse wildlife—like bald eagles—that call the canyon home. There’s also a 734-foot tunnel carved out of solid rock, historic bridges, and ancient Native American dwellings along the way. It’s a fascinating blend of nature, history, and a bit of that old-school railroad charm.
Overnight in nearby Clarkdale before driving to the stunning red rocks of Sedona: red‑rock hikes, scenic drives, wellness retreats, art galleries, and great food all wrapped in stunning desert scenery.

After a relaxing stay in one of Sedona's upscale hotels, take the short senic drive to historic mountain town of Jerome, a quirky mining town turned artist hub, where you can explore historic buildings, visit local art galleries, and enjoy stunning views of the Verde Valley.
